In direct discussion with the wage portage consultant, you negotiate the terms of the mandate contract and the billing deadlines. We have several model contracts available. If your company has a standard contract, you can also submit it to us.

Paying the services
In accordance with the negotiations, Opsys360 sends you the invoice of your consultant’s services, monthly or once the mandate is over. The bill must be settled on Opsys360 account so that we can fairly convert the total cost in hourly wages for the consultant.
You do not have to worry about your consultant’s status, Opsys360 takes care of that. The wage portage consultant contributes integrally to all social insurances.
